At Rawchongqing&nights, a division of The Treasures Boutique LLC, we strive to ensure that our clientele is completely satisfied with their curated acquisitions. If for any reason you are not, we offer a transparent and secure return process. Please review the details below regarding our eligibility and procedures.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests on items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following "Original Factory Condition" standards must be met:

  • Pristine Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition it was received.

  • Complete Packaging: The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all factory seals, holographic tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.

  • Verification: The return must be initiated through our official concierge channel (htl13690645092@gmail.com).

2. Return Process & Fees

To maintain our ability to offer high-value, curated items with competitive global overhead, the following fees apply to "Change of Mind" returns or refused deliveries:

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all non-defective returns. This covers specialized inspection, authentication review, bank processing fees, and administrative costs.

  • Refused Shipments: As noted in our Shipping Policy, shipments refused due to unpaid customs duties or changed minds are subject to the same 15% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strictly require the use of a trackable, signature-required shipping service and insurance for the full value of the item.

3. Defective or Damaged Items (7-Day Inspection Period)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

  • Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: Please provide clear photos or video of the damage to both the item and the shipping packaging for our insurance claims.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a 100% refund or a free replacement.

4. Refunds

Once your return is delivered to our designated intake team and passes a horological inspection (typically within 1–5 business days):

  • Your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping) will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Final Sale & Custom Items

Items purchased during "Final Sale" events or items that have been customized are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
