Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shark & Sapphire, we specialize in delivering premium, high-value goods directly from our global manufacturing partners. To ensure security and flexibility, please note our multi-stage delivery process.

1. Processing, Verification & The "Buffer Zone"

Every order undergoes a manual security audit and quality-assurance review before dispatch.

  • Standard Verification: Please allow 1–5 business days for order verification and secure packaging.

  • High-Value Security Hold: For orders exceeding $1,500, an additional 48-hour security hold may be applied to protect your transaction.

2. Shipping Methods & Extended Estimates

Delivery times begin after the processing/verification phase is complete. The estimates below include a built-in buffer for international customs clearance.

Note: While many orders arrive sooner, these windows account for potential global logistics delays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Only)

  • Import Liability: Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Every rawchongqing&nights shipment is fully insured.

  • Non-Delivery Buffer: If your tracking has not updated for more than 25 business days (Standard) or 15 business days (Express), please contact us at htl13690645092@gmail.com

    to initiate an insurance claim.

5. Address Accuracy

For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has entered the verification phase.
